Who are we?

AAC Global, an Acolad company, is one of the leading Nordic providers of global B2B learning and translation services. We help our customers to succeed in getting their message through in any location through our unique combination of multilingual, creative design and pedagogical expertise.
Together with Acolad Nordic, we form the Northern Europe division in Acolad Group. Acolad Group is Europe’s leading professional translation provider and one of the most active stakeholders in the sector. With a presence in 14 countries and on three continents, Acolad stands out for its multi-local approach to the market – a unique strategy that has made the group a preferred partner of many international clients.

We believe that a clear focus on customer relationships and quality, combined with continuous development, will allow us to provide the best possible services for our customers.

For us, quality means happy customers, long-term customer relationships, respecting the agreed schedules and deadlines, and retaining a solid base of skilled and happy employees. Our concept of quality is closely connected to environmental responsibility – an important factor in all our operations.

In order to decrease our environmental impact, we have identified essential environmental themes and topics that we are able to influence. We avoid wasting energy, use materials and supplies in a smart and responsible manner while taking into consideration their full lifecycle, avoid unnecessary travel in order to cut down emissions, and systematically sort our office waste. We know our obligations and are committed to fulfilling them at all the levels of our organization.

We listen to the needs of our customers and markets; based on the knowledge we acquire, we continuously develop our services to ensure an excellent customer experience and solid customer relationships. Our strong base of long-term customer relationships proves that our customer-focused, goal-oriented service approach, helpful attitude and teamwork build success for our customers.

Three main ambitions form the basis of our strategic objectives as part of Acolad Group:
