IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
Toyota wanted to improve the internal and external communication of its employees: the clarity, understandability and grammatical accuracy of texts.
- We provided a Finnish language training course with the emphasis on correctness and the clarity of texts.
- The practical Finnish language text workshop was based on the participants’ own texts and editing them to meet the demands of the target audience and the communication channel.
- The communication of the personnel became clearer, and the readability of the texts was improved.
- Use of time also became more efficient.
